I had a nagging and persistent head wind all day. I'm sure it was this annoying in the east coast but the prairie wind certainly feels stronger and more constant. There was no fighting it, I just had to gear down and be patient because it was going to be a long, slow ride.
On a positive note, I'm looking forward to a milestone tomorrow; sometime in the morning I'll hit 5000km for the trip!
